Little Lucca a place that is crowded many times for a good reason, their sandwiches. A wide variety of sandwiches can be made from BBQ beef brisket, Italian beef, turkey, and even sandwiches for vegetarians. Those are only sandwiches and there are also specials. From taste, texture, and customization for the perfect sandwich they will make for you and it will be incredible. I asked my teacher Mr. Sullivan and he said "I love their sauces like the pesto. There bread are good because that is the basically the first thing you taste."

                                                          

Women in Miltary combat

On Janurary 23, 2013 the ban on women in combat was lifted. Since US defence secretary Leon Panetta's decision to lift the ban on women serving in combat roles which was instituted in 1994 , reaction from female military veterans was extremely joyful. However families thought that their precious daugthers are now in more risk of lossing their life. Many say that women will make great soilders but they have to pass some tests and be physical trainer for the battlefield. Leon Panetta, the man who lifted the ban has been in the government since 2003 as divison commander ever since then he has set one of his main priorities as lifting this ban. 10 years was very long but during tha time, Mr. Panetta and General Dempsey said they had met weekly for more than a year about lifting the ban and had kept President Obama informed about developments in this proccess. The General said that now that the ban has been lifted the women will be physically and mentally trained. Marine officials also said they might change the initial physical standards that recruits have to meet before they are sent off to boot camp. A few news articles have said that over 42% of the army will be women by 2015, if they pass the physically test that is.

Food at Taylor good or no good?

1/17/13 I was the day I had school lunch for the first time ever. I had was a cold slice of pizza, a carton of chocolate milk which was like half full and an orange which taste horrilbe. I thought it was just me but no my friend Nourdden got the same. To make sure it was just a us we got a few students to tell us what they got, and it was the same 1/2 carton of milk, and cold food. We asked a few student about how to was and many said it was ok but we can't do much to get it better. Maybe it was because of I contact someone person on the school board for a survey and I would recommend you to do but, Taylor is going to make student do the survey during health within the next 2 weeks (1/22-2/4).

 I asked Johnny A. who eats breakfast, and lunch 4 to 5 times a week. He thought it was ok. He said "The Quality of the food it ok, but cold a lot of times.The lines may be the reason because there is one lunch serving station, and the line are so long."

The weather here at Taylor Middle School has been bad so the cafetria has been moved inside the auditorium. At the starting of lunch it insanely crowded at the start. The school is getting a new cafetria and student expect some food changes.

Inverted Pyramid

Inverted Pyramid is a figure of speech used by journalist. The three parts of the pyramid are: Most Newsworthy,Important Details, and Bckground Information inverted pyramid mean to tell or show the most important information. I my point of view a greatly discuss topic a being told in this format of the inverted pyramid. This topic is the return of the soldiers from Iraq. These videos show the major part by interview and show how the veteran is. Near the end they tell details that are important ut not as important.The inverted pyramid is a not only useful in journalism, but also in the common classroom. In the classroom inverted pyramid can be used by like telling the most important part of an answer or an event or in like and essay give important detail and then the minor details.

Bias

Bias means prejudice, it means to unfair opinion about something or someone, but in journalism it means to have an opinion on something.It is a great thing to use to write a review. To always have an opinion is like personal review to tell the person more details as the reporter on the scene. Walmart had some of the most amazing sales and I bought many things but not from there the line were huge, they circled the entire store where I was and the store was huge i think one of the biggest in San Diego.

Bias in a classroom can be used to comment or even insult so choose your correctly before you set a bias for someone. People set there bias about someone by just looking at them sometimes. Infamous 2 a great game?

Infamous, a game about a gene that gives people supernatural power after a nuclear explosion from a device from an object called a ray sphere, these people are called "Conduits. The character that you play as is Cole Macgrath claimed to be a strongest Conduit. A key feature of the game the "Karmic Gauge", from your actions like saving people from bombs or detonating them, and decisions in the middle of mission for good or bad. These decision are critical in the game and to be choosen wisely. You can be Infamous (evil with orange red lighting) or Hero (good with blue lighting).

This incredible game was created by Sony and Sucker Punch so unfortunately it is only for PS3. The game has a strong storyline that in based in New Marais a place similar to New Orleans in my point of view.From amazing gameplay and free roam we asked some people what they thought. A fan of the Infamous series and friend of mine Ethan K. said "The first game won me over and the second one was better, but at the end of one karmic side shows that Cole died so I can't really expect one more game,and also the creator I will think of something for one of there greatest seris. " Johnny A. says "It's a very good game because you can walk around and do whatever you want. " Emmanuel S. says "I like the boss battles, for me the Devouer (a rhino with metal armor) was the one of the best because they it takes some time to find out how to defeat it, also the little thing like the cable car wire on which you can put you legs on and travel around the city, getting point for killing street performer in Infamous mode, and the choice for being good or bad creates a great gameplay."

A journalist interview is an interview with  question about a certain event a person was in like a movie, book opening, or etc. To prepare for an interview you should know many facts about the topic you are being interviewed about. After the interview you write about it by looking for the key question and answers.
